SLF’s Guiding Principle

SLF believes that the U.S. Constitution is a complete document, creating limits on government. When the government goes beyond those limits, they hold the government accountable, enforce the Constitution, and Rebuild the American Republic® under the original design laid out by American’s Founding Fathers.

SLF’s Strategic Approach

SLF represents clients free of charge in cases where our involvement will make a lasting difference for all Americans. Their cases vindicate clients’ constitutional rights and set precedent to preserve all Americans’ rights under the U.S. Constitution. SLF’s strategic approach to choosing and executing their cases and issues has resulted in hundreds of courtroom and policy wins that span over five decades.

Southeastern Legal Foundation is not a single-issue organization. They are Freedom’s lawyers and work to combat government overreach, guard individual liberty, protect free speech, and secure property rights. They represent your freedoms in court.
