Status Report on President Trump’s Fani Willis Case

The bad news just keeps coming for Fulton County Georgia District Attorney Fani Willis since she decided to bring up former President Donald J. Trump on charges on RICO racketeering, conspiracy, and other charges related to election interference in the 2020 election in that state.

The funny thing is, the revelations just keep piling up to the point where people are now getting their popcorn to see at what point the straw (prosecutorial misconduct) breaks the camel’s (sham Trump case) proverbial back!

First we had the adulterous affair between Fani Willis and her special prosecutor a married Nathan Wade she hired to “get Trump”. The full impact of this has yet to be acknowledged by the court or the media. Georgia takes adultery as a serious offense where it is still against the law (strike one).

“Chapter 6 – Sexual Offenses. § 16-6-19. Adultery. A married person commits the offense of adultery when he voluntarily has sexual intercourse with a person other than his spouse and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as for a misdemeanor.”

This brings up the matter of both of the law licenses of Wade and Willis as follows:

“Rule 4-106 – Conviction of a Crime; Suspension and Disbarment (a) Upon receipt of information or evidence that a conviction for any felony or misdemeanor involving moral turpitude has been entered against a lawyer, the Clerk of the State Disciplinary Boards shall immediately assign the matter a State Disciplinary Board …”

And, if that is not bad enough, there is also the allegation she improperly used the power of her office as District Attorney to threaten the wife of Nathan Wade during her divorce proceeding (strike two).

From there she decided it was a good idea to get invited to a mega church (Atlanta Berean Church) to publicly plead her case against former President Trump she was losing by playing the race card to jeopardize that church’s tax exempt status (strike three).

Then there is the matter of Fani Willis being in trouble with the Feds for improper use of Federal Grant money.

Not to appear sitting on his hands, Georgia Governor Brian Kemp also felt the need to get into the act of holding Willis accountable or suffer the egg on his face:

And just this week we learned of yet another problem for Fulton County D.A. Willis. Now she is facing new allegations she unlawfully recorded a phone conversation with a defense attorney representing one of the defendants in her RICO case against former President Donald Trump and his 18 associates.

Christopher Kachouroff, the attorney representing Trump co-defendant Harrison Floyd, is accusing Willis purportedly recorded a conversation with one of Kachouroff’s colleagues based in Maryland without their knowledge or consent in violation of Maryland law.

Floyd, who established “Black Voices for Trump,” is one of 18 co-defendants. Floyd’s legal team is pushing for a change of venue to Coffee County citing doubts about receiving a fair trial in Fulton County due to all the misconduct of Willis.

CONCLUSION:

If all of this isn’t bad enough for D.A. Willis, things could get real bad for Joe Biden and the Democrats as now the entire 2020 Georgia election is getting a revisited look. One of the nice things about a trial like this is a little thing called “discovery” where the accused gets to look at all the evidence related to the case.

A post on “X” (formerly Twitter) offered this revelation this week:

“VoterGA’s Garland Favorito, going over his audit of the Fulton County election in the disbarment trial of Trump’s former DOJ official Jeffrey Clark, says they found 200k duplicate-scanned 2020 ballots, but ongoing research has bumped that number up to 375k.”

YouTube content provider Melanie King recently examined a report of the VoterGA organization that is most interesting. Every American should watch her video!

Another fascinating YouTube content creator Lionel Nation also offers what the future could hold for Georgia attorney Fani Willis:

Bottom line, there was election fraud in Georgia in 2020 which makes this case against former President Donald Trump null and void. Time to try Fulton County D.A. Fani Willis for some actual crimes!
