The Anti-Trump Protests – Why Are They So Important?

5Mind. The Meme Platform

Last weekend was marked by “No Kings” protests, at least for the “progressive” part of America. For the rest, the significant events were the 250th anniversary of the US Army and Israel’s military operation in Iran. For them, the “spontaneous” protests are nothing more than a new episode of the Democrats’ strategy to sabotage the Trump presidency. A resurfaced 2.0 version of the “Summer of Love” of 2020, aiming only at media effect and propaganda.

However, the difference with 2020 is more than obvious. Most Americans already rejected the madness of the “resistance” in the 2024 elections. The Trump administration is now well-prepared and ready to respond. This is evident in Los Angeles, where the federal Government’s readiness to deploy the National Guard prompted local authorities to respond and maintain control. For reference, in 2020, Governor Tim Walz (and subsequently, the Democratic vice-presidential candidate) and the police did not take any action to prevent the devastating fires across the Minneapolis-Saint Paul area.

Today, the masks are finally removed. The anti-Trump zealots are against everything the President stands for: secured borders, law and order, freedom of speech and religion, booming economy, energy dominance, fair (reciprocal) foreign trade, strong military, accountable Federal Government, ending antisemitism on college campuses, and “Peace Through Strength” foreign policy. Can a normal person argue against these policies? Of course not, and none of the protesters speak about policies – they curse… the King, Hitler, Putin’s puppet, dictator, criminal. All those people enjoyed four years without a president, the invasion of nearly 20 million illegal immigrants, and the literal pratfall on the foreign scene during the Biden presidency. Now, they are enraged.

Thus, Trump has become a symbol of the fight for America’s survival and success. The dividing line is clear. On one side is the photo of President Trump on the American flagpole after the assassination attempt in Butler. On the other side, the footage from LA shows the Mexican flag waving from the roof of a burning police car. What causes seemingly normal people to lose their minds and embrace any insanity just because Trump holds the opposite?

First, we cannot underestimate the power of the Goebbels-type anti-Trump propaganda over the past decade: the Russia hoax; the racist, fascist, and “threat to democracy” narratives; and politically motivated law warfare.  The brainwashing is so severe that the fact does not matter. Russia-gate was complete nonsense, and Trump won record support for a Republican candidate from African Americans (since 2000) and Latinos (ever). However, the propaganda machine continues to spread the exact opposite of what is happening.

Or, perhaps, mere stupidity? How is it possible the same people who until recently enthusiastically shouted “She Is” for the tragic Kamala are now rehearsing “He Is” for the pathetic buffoon Gavin? A hot guy, isn’t he? Yes, the dude is constantly throwing California into flames: recently – Pacific Palisades, now – the rest of LA. Get ready, America.

Ignorance? How can they call a “threat to democracy” and a “king” the man elected as President by more than 77 million Americans? At the same time, they cherished the installation of the Democratic presidential nominee by their party’s elite without casting a vote. What kind of democracy are those people saving from Trump?

Hate America? What else is the implementation of the racist DEI policies in the US Army and Navy, the kneeling of the American flag, and the Government pushing the anti-American 1619 Project into the public school system? America is “one of the worst countries in the world,” said one of the faces of the “resistance,” Democratic lawmaker Ilhan Omar (MN). American grave enemies are claiming the same. Are you with them, protesters?

To support the “No Kings” protests, you must ignore reality. In less than six months, the administration achieved complete border security, lowered inflation, gas prices are down, foreign investments are at unprecedented levels, and the Trump-Netanyahu partnership is about to neutralize the World’s leading sponsor of terrorism. The apocalyptic prognosis of hyperinflation, a crash of the stock market, disastrous foreign policy, and dire consequences of the tariffs are conveniently forgotten – until Trump haters find their new trace.

There is something else, though. As it often turns out, it is the same old pride, the root of all sins. How can a university professor swallow the fact that a kid wearing a MAGA hat made a better political choice? Or how a Nobel prize winner in economics may admit that his plumber defends a better trade policy? How would a CNN anchor confess that a random TV viewer had always known about Joe Biden’s mental decline when the entire mainstream media aggressively dismissed the notion – until after the election? For all of them, Trump is a painful reminder of their spectacular failure. Therefore, they would rather set America ablaze than make a noble admission. And yes, they are doing it … protesting the “King.”

What about the legion of furious foreign sympathizers of the protests? I find this pathetic. My European friend just told me that if he were in the US, he would have joined the protests. Why? Perhaps a grudge of JD Vance’s speech in Munich, Trump’s push for more spending in NATO, or the tariffs? I doubt this ardent protester would join an opposition rally in Russia or China if such were announced. And in what capacity would a foreign national join a political protest in the US?

Perhaps my European friend may consider protesting in Europe first – against uncontrolled immigration, suicidal business regulations, energy dependence, insignificance on the world scene, military impotence, and sweeping restrictions on free speech? I’ve heard that the French “nuclear umbrella” will shield the Old Continent from global threats such as Russia and China. Really? I would rather bet on the French chanson – if Brigitte is in a good mood and lets Emmanuel turn on the music. The once-great Europe has shrunk to its grotesque caricature.

No such thing in Europe? Well, then, you can protest European leaders for agreeing with Trump. Recently, the European Commission implemented the Pact on Migration and Asylum, providing stricter border control and faster deportation mechanisms. “Donald was right, and China is the problem,” – European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen admitted publicly at the recent G7 summit, backing the central pillar of Trump’s foreign trade policy. As a result of Trump’s pressure, the European Union is rapidly increasing its defense spending, and NATO Secretary General Rutte became a vocal advocate for the same among member nations. Instead of a big “Thank You” for Trump, they applaud the “No Kings” protests in the US. What is wrong with those people?

The anti-Trump stance is no longer a political position. Instead, it is a desperate gesture, a mental diagnosis of those who refuse to accept the reality of the World today. They became a part of the destructive trend that was leading the Western World to economic, military, and moral collapse. Anti-capitalist, anti-American, anti-Israel, and pro-Hamas revolutionaries are hugging with hallucinating no-brainers, saving their “democracy.” Those living in the cave of groupthink, somebody else’s talking points, and arrogance to insist they always know better.

Can you imagine the World if Harris had won the election? China advances the march for economic and military dominance, the US and Europe slide into the abyss of ideological restrictions, and ayatollahs nuke Israel. Is this the dream of the idiots protesting the man who is preventing it from happening?

The “No Brains” protests are essential, not only for the impact on medical science. They clearly show the choices America and the World face.

The decision is ours.
