If you want to know what the end game is, which you will never read about in the mainstream news media, a recent act of insubordination by 4 FEMA employees just fired for going against a President Trump EO just made it painfully clear.

Enemies within have put into practice the Cloward-Piven Strategy to topple the United States!
The Cloward-Piven Strategy is a theoretical practice that if humanitarian countries welfare and entitlement systems to care for the less fortunate are overloaded, pretty soon the takers will outnumber the makers and the country will fall. The strategy aims to utilize “militant anti-poverty groups” to facilitate a “political crisis” by overloading the welfare system via an increase in the welfare rolls.
There is an old adage that plays well in this moment in time, “Know thine enemies!”
One such enemy within very well could be U.S. District Judge John J. McConnell, Jr. He recently ordered the Trump administration to “immediately restore frozen funding” after he determined Trump officials violated his prior restraining order and suggested further opposition could result in criminal charges.
In his ruling Judge McConnell cited a 1975 case that states, “Persons who make private determinations of the law and refuse to obey an order generally risk criminal contempt even if the order is ultimately ruled incorrect.”
The problem with this judge is he has no status or power to rule over a seated Commander in Chief of these United States of America and his threat of criminality of the president is tantamount to treason, given the fact what he is ultimately ordering is a continuation of the Cloward-Piven strategy to continue in practice.
In a unanimous decision in the case of Mississippi v. (Andrew) Johnson 1866, the Supreme Court held that a state has “no jurisdiction of a bill to enjoin the President in the performance of his official duties….”
When asked about the Constitutional powers of the president, Grok AI summarizes:
“This statement is true; Article II of the U.S. Constitution, which establishes the powers of the Executive Branch (the President), does not explicitly grant district court judges the authority to issue injunctions against the President,”
McConnell is what we call today a “Democrat activist judge” meaning his allegiance is to his political party doctrine over both his oath of office to uphold the Constitution of the United States and loyalty to follow the laws of the land (case law).
McConnell has donated hundreds of thousands of dollars to Democratic campaigns and political action committees, including the presidential campaigns of Hillary Clinton, Joe Biden, and Barack Obama, according to Federal Election Commission records. And when we use the term, “thousands of dollars”, he donated over $8,000 to Democratic Rhode Island Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse’s 2006 senate campaign as an example. McConnell volunteered as director of the Rhode Island branch of Planned Parenthood for four years, according to Roll Call.
An honorable and legitimate judge would have recused himself in any matters related to President Donald Trump, given his partisan nature. He did not do that.
McConnell should be disbarred and/or arrested for blocking the Secretary of the Treasury for doing an audit of how taxpayer money is being spent in D.C. Any judge suggesting President Trump administration officials could or should face criminal contempt charges over Trump’s spending freeze should be thrown off the bench and/or disbarred for not knowing and/or following the law.

CONCLUSION:
To me, there are only three types of people who would want to run interference for Elon Musk and his DOGE committee and see it fail at this point in time:
- People who hate America and want to see it fail before its 250 year anniversary.
- People who do not pay any taxes (have no skin in the game).
- People who have been in on the take stealing and/or taking kickback money from government.
The problem with so many of these activist judge’s rulings against President Trump is they have no status or constitutional basis for their decisions! And then, assuming they are stupid enough to think they have status ruling over the Commander in Chief, their decisions are not supported by past case law. Some judges have even violated due process as was done to Trump in 2023/24. This constitutes “lawfare”!

U.S. District Judge John Coughenour (Reagan 1981) blocked Trump’s executive order on birthright citizenship.
U.S. District Judge John McConnell (Obama 2011) ordered the Trump administration to unfreeze federal funding.
U.S. District Judge Loren AliKhan (Biden in 2023) blocked Trump from freezing government funding.
U.S. District Judge George O’Toole Jr. (Clinton 1995) paused Trump’s plan to encourage federal workers to resign by offering them buyouts.
U.S. District Judge Deborah Boardman (Biden 2021) issued a nationwide preliminary injunction blocking Trump’s executive order restricting birthright citizenship.
U.S. District Judge Joseph N. Laplante (Bush 2007) blocked Trump’s order ending birthright citizenship.
U.S. District Judge Carl Nichols (Trump 2019) halted all of the Trump administration’s workforce actions.
U.S. District Judge Angel Kelley (Biden 2021) issued a temporary restraining order blocking Trump from limiting funding to the National Institute of Health (NIH).
U.S. District Judge John Bates (Bush 2001) has ordered the Trump to restore HHS, CDC, and FDA websites providing information on sex change operations and gender ideology.

Make no mistake, President Trump has the power to use the military to arrest and take all of these activist judges into custody for unlawfully interfering with his office (failing to separate judicial branch from executive branch).
The only gray area where judges might be cut some slack is Trump’s issue with “birthright citizen ship” (aka anchor babies).
I have mixed emotions on Trump taking up this issue, like many Americans, but after reading the arguments his lawyers prepared for the Supreme Court of the United States on this matter, I must say, I would side with Trump as the Constitution and case law does not favor the babies of pregnant mothers entering America illegally game the system.
On top of that, I just learned last week only 20 other countries of the 193 of the world offer birthright citizenship which should tell you something as well. It is not a very popular concept or practice.
