President Donald Trump tweeted on January 5, 2020 that, “The Vice President has the power to reject fraudulently chosen electors.”

While campaigning for Sens. Kelly Loeffler and David Perdue, who face a Senate runoff election on Jan. 5, 2020 in Georgia, Vice President Mike Pence visited Rock Springs Church in Milner, Georgia for the God & Country Event With Mike Pence. In his address he reassured the people of Georgia in the following statement.

“I know we all got our doubts about the last election … I promise you, come this Wednesday we’ll have our day in Congress.”
