Project Veritas dropped an incredible interview in two parts with the first dropping August 5, 2025. A whistleblower by the name of Patrícia Lélis, a Brazilian journalist, who worked for Armstrong Williams has broken some truly bombshell news.
Lélis is now reported to be living in hiding abroad, fearing for her life, after she delivered explosive evidence to Project Veritas exposing an alleged visa fraud scheme involving former U.S. Attorney General William P. Barr, media figure Armstrong Williams, and other prominent D.C. insiders.
PV has confirmed what Lélis alleges has been confirmed by a second anonymous government source. She claims wealthy foreigners have been securing U.S. visas through sham companies with Barr’s direct knowledge and participation. Lélis alleges she was setup in 2024 as a fall-guy in what she terms an ongoing DOJ cover-up to protect the powerful ‘Deep State’ individuals involved.
Lélis says she was hired in 2021 by Armstrong Williams’ media company, Howard Stirk Holdings, claiming she was pulled into a visa fraud scheme to secure U.S. visas and green cards for wealthy clients. Lélis came to PV with the receipts, too. PV examined texts revealing Armstrong Williams directed Lélis to receive $700,000 into her personal banking account for creating a business plan for Peter and Vivienne Reis’ E-2 visa applications. Lélis alleges when she raised concerns about the absence of a contract and being falsely presented as a lawyer rather than a journalist, Williams responded with threats.
CONCLUSION:
I viewed both Attorney General Bill Barr and FBI Director Chris Wray as corrupt after the 2020 General Election. My logic for this conclusion was simple. Wray refused to investigate viable information from witnesses who had concrete evidence of election irregularities and laws broken.
But that did not stop A.G. Bill Barr from concluding with his famous quotes, “To date, we have not seen fraud on a scale that could have affected a different outcome in the election,” Barr told the Associated Press.
He went on, “There’s been one assertion that would be systemic fraud and that would be the claim that machines were programmed essentially to skew the election results. And the DHS and DOJ have looked into that, and so far, we haven’t seen anything to substantiate that,” Barr said.
Pretty hard to claim there was no evidence of widespread systematic voter fraud when you never lift a finger to investigate it. That is pretty much what President Trump’s campaign said at the time.
President Trump’s personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani and Trump campaign senior adviser Jenna Ellis said Barr’s “opinion appears to be without any knowledge or investigation of the substantial irregularities and evidence of systemic fraud.”
They concluded, “With all due respect to the Attorney General, there hasn’t been any semblance of a Department of Justice investigation.”
This logically means A.G. Bill Barr was one of three things:
- Derelict in duty doing his job as America’s top cop.
- Intimidated and afraid to do his job because of threats from the Deep State.
- Part of a soft coup to throw the election from Trump to Biden.
If he would have done his job with along with FBI and Chris Wray he would have found voter fraud almost immediately in the math such as these statistics from Judicial Watch. Research by Judicial Watch found 353 counties in 29 states that had more than 100% voter turnout. There are 3,144 counties in the U.S. but if you rig the most populated ones, the rest do not matter. There were many other mathematical anomalies as well making a Biden victory not just an improbability but impossibility.
So despite sworn testimony from hundreds of witnesses about what they say including incriminating video surveillance from both, Atlanta and Detroit, Barr had the balls to say they found “No evidence of widespread voter fraud,” on numerous occasions and that was a lie.
The truth is he refused to look at the multitude of evidence presented from a multitude of witnesses.
