Why Do “Criminal” Democrats Remain at Large?    

Democrat political leaders have been reported as engaging in alleged criminal activities and yet we never see any arrests or prosecutions, why? If you look at the number of incidents, these Democrats are either defying the odds or our American justice system is severely compromised.

New York Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (AOC) hired an illegal alien on her staff

Border czar Tom Homan confirmed this month that a federal investigation is underway into Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez for allegedly employing a criminal illegal immigrant on her congressional staff. She allegedly gave him a Social Security Card and a job for just around $80,000 per year all in direct violation of Federal law. She has also been accused of instructing the person on how to evade ICE.

She’s had, and still has, ongoing investigations into her campaign finance irregularities as well. She used campaign funds $19,000 for personal doctor visits to get Ketamine and used $40,000 for a luxury vacation and music concert tickets.

Texas Rep. Jasmine Crockett Aided and Abetted a Wanted Fugitive

Either knowingly or unknowingly, Jasmine Crockett hired a security guard in her detail who was a wanted felon. While she insists she “followed all protocols” in hiring the security guard, obviously she never ran the required background check.

South Carolina Rep. Sheila Cherfilus-McCormick Stole $5 MILLION Federal Funds

South Carolina Rep. Sheila Cherfilus-McCormick’s family health care company (Trinity Healthcare Services) had a contract with a Florida State agency for COVID-19 vaccination staffing/registration services, funded in part by FEMA.

In July 2021, the state made a $5 million overpayment into that company’s account.

Instead of returning the excess funds (as required), the money was routed through multiple accounts to disguise its origin, then funneled, in part, to support her 2021 special election campaign for Congress (she won in 2022). Some funds were used for personal benefit, such as luxury purchases including a large diamond ring referenced in reports.

She faced federal criminal charges (indicted November 2025), including theft of government funds, money laundering, illegal campaign contributions (via straw donors), conspiracy, and related counts. The ethics committee found her guilty on 25 charges.

Minnesota Rep. Ilhan Omar Engaged in Multiple Forms of Fraud

Notable alleged crimes of Rep. Ilhan Omar include marrying her own brother for U.S. immigration purposes, to opening a phantom winery where she took $250 million in Federal “Feeding Our Future” funds to open a California business in her name.

Most recently she was caught seeking $1 million in taxpayer dollars for a “substance abuse clinic” that turned out to be a restaurant run by three Somali men.

California Rep. Eric Swalwell Hired Prostitutes and Assaulted Women

Four adult women have now come forward to accuse Representative Eric Swalwell of sexual misconduct including rape which have ending his California gubernatorial campaign and which forced him to resign from Congress.

As this news was dropping, somebody shared a video of a hotel room party where Swalwell is seen kissing a young girl that some have identified as a sex worker. A new investigation of that video has begun, as well as a look at who was present during the filming of the video, some of those individuals may also have been underage.

California Rep. Adam Schiff Perpetuated False Russiagate Conspiracy Against Trump

Director of National Intelligence (DNI) Tulsi Gabbard has exposed current California Senator Adam Schiff, then Representative, as conspiring and colluding with others in what became known as Trump’s Russian Election Interference. This culminated in the first impeachment of President Donald Trump. Schiff, along with former DNI James Clapper, CIA Director John Brennan, FBI Director James Comey, CIA plant Eric Ciaramella (fraudulent whistleblower), Inspector General Michael Atkinson, FBI deputy assistant director of counterintelligence Peter Strzok, and FBI attorney Lisa Page are all said to be under investigation for what was termed “Russiagate” by the media and mockingly rebranded as the “Russian Collusion Delusion” by President Donald Trump.

Also, President Trump announced in February the DOJ caught Adam Schiff “ONE HUNDRED PERCENT on mortgage fraud.” He said, “Its mortgage loan fraud. A big deal. He defrauded banks, insurance companies, and the federal government.”

The Seditious Six Democrat Conspirators

Finally, we had this highly orchestrated and illegal clown show consisting of yet another six Democrats encouraging our military to question orders while in service (battle) in a Internet video.

The video featured Senators Elissa Slotkin and Mark Kelly, along with Representatives Chris DeLuzio, Maggie Goodlander, Chrissy Houlahan and Jason Crow encouraging our military to question orders during the current Trump Administration.

Autopen Scandal and Investigation During the Biden Administration

FBI Director Kash Patel has initiated a FBI Task Force to investigate the use of the Autopen device that signed president Joe Biden’s name for a number of documents (mostly Democrat pardons) in his absence. Senator names in the scandal include; Chuck Schumer, Liz Warren, Adam Schiff, and Bernie Sanders. The name of progressive billionaire George Soros came up just this week as having paid for Autopen pardons indicating a new pay-to-play angle in the investigation. White House entry logs are being used as evidence in this crime when Joe Biden was away from the White House but the autopen was used.  

CONCLUSION:

Former President Barack Obama and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton may also be named in future Russiagate charges. It was Obama who was said to have pressed the CIA and FBI to change the status of Donald Trump’s relationship with Russia after both agencies essentially reported him clean in their initial security reports in the matter.

Some say the first Trump impeachment was masterminded by Norm Eisen and Maggie Goodlander and they continue to work to remove President Donald Trump from office to this very day. This begs the question why neither of them has been charged. Eisen is a constitutional scholar and a former adviser to Barack Obama. Goodlander is a former Navy officer, attorney, and a new New Hampshire House Representative.

The Democrats have tried to impeach President Donald Trump twice before in December of 2019 and in August of 2023. This past week the Democrats are stepping up to bat strike three which by all rights should end them in the 2026 Midterm Elections.

The next time a Democrat uses their repetitive talking point, “Nobody is above the law,” they should be reminded of all of those named above who, thus far, are seemingly remaining above the law!
