Sports have always been an activity where people from all walks of life, cultures, races and beliefs could come together and share their country’s national pride. But that wasn’t the case last week when the US Women’s Soccer Team won the World Championship; the U.S. women’s Soccer team considered it a win for lesbians, not America.
Taking a cue from Colin Kaepernick, co-captain Megan Rapinoe calculated that if she took a knee during the national anthem and bashed President Trump she would instantly be heralded by the media, and she was right. There’s no doubt that she’s a talented player, however stating that she would never go to the White House but instead would meet with Democratic Socialists of America member and activist, Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, clearly showed her political agenda.
Unfortunately she’s not the role model for America’s young kids. Rapinoe bashed Trump by saying he doesn’t like people who look like her (a lesbian), and accused the administration of being anti-LGBTQ, however, last month, President Trump publicly recognized June as LGBTQ Pride Month and stated his intentions to help decriminalize homosexuality globally. Trump has taken a stand against LGBT activism or LGBT legislation only when it infringes on the rights of others, including affecting religious freedom.
She was also quoted as saying that she is an oppressed lesbian, so let’s see how. Gays today have equal rights in all 50 states. They are vastly over-represented in every Hollywood production, always in positive roles. She attended the University of Portand on a full scholarship and is endorsed by Nike, Samsung, BodyArmor, Wildfang, and DJO Global for a net worth of $2 million dollars (so far) — clear signs of oppression.
Pushing for equal pay is just Kabuki theater. Just two years ago Rapinoe’s team badly lost a game to an all male high-school team of 15-year olds? It may be an inconvenient truth, but female soccer teams don’t have the skills and expertise of the men’s soccer teams. More importantly, men’s soccer has five times the viewership of women’s soccer, and brings in five times the revenue. It doesn’t mean that this won’t change and as it changes, women should be compensated equally, but for now it is what it is.
Rapinoe claims to represent victims of racism, well there are more blacks employed because of the Trump administration’s initiatives than anytime in history. Like most leftists, she manufactures a narrative that doesn’t exist. The majority of American’s treat gays just like everyone else. However not agreeing with gay causes automatically makes them haters in the eye of the gay community; for example before the Soccer World Cup, teammate Jaelene Hinkle was forced off the US Women’s team because she refused to wear a gay-pride jersey due of her religious beliefs.
The gay community has a huge voice for such an infinitesimal part of the American population. Pro-gay activists say their numbers constitute 3-4%, of America, not so, they are including pro-gay sympathizers, the real number is 1-1/2% – 2%, and that’s minuscule. They act as if they deserve more rights than the average American and feel overly entitled. Whenever two or three gays start shouting demands, large corporations immediately cave in.
When Allie Long dropped the American flag on the ground for a photo op, both Long and Rapinoe were more concerned with the photo op than our flag. Kelley O’Hara picked the flag up. Rapinoe was also quick to say that gays are scientifically better than straight people? So we can readily assume that is is her mission to push the LGBTQ agenda. What is the LGBTQ agenda and what do they support, here’s the list:
They are against the first amendment (if it criticizes them), they are against the family as a unit, they cheer for more abortions, they support fantasy genders and anti-fa, they want male transgenders on female teams, and are anti-Christian and pro-pedophilia.
Not unlike the mafia they extort funding and sponsorships from corporations by threatening to call them homophobic if they don’t comply. It’s about time for America’s 98% to start realizing that they are being manipulated and to reject these bullies. I for one will never watch women’s soccer again.
