Frank Gaffney Previews โ€œThe Indictmentโ€ | The U.S. Cannot Defeat The CCP If Our Leaders Work For Them

The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) is the United Statesโ€™ mortal enemy.

The CCP explicitly seeks Americaโ€™s destruction and has long used devastating, albeit pre-violent, โ€œunrestricted warfareโ€ against us โ€“ with help from their friends among our โ€œcaptured elites.โ€ Now, the Chinese Communists appear poised to add shooting war against Taiwan, other American allies and partners and probably us.

We need a serious, multifaceted and sustained campaign to inform and mobilize the American people, and motivate their elected representatives to action.

A playbook for the campaign is at the publishers: The Indictment

The Indictment Enumerates:

  • Nine criminal โ€œchargesโ€ that can and must be brought and prosecuted against the Chinese Communist Party and its American enablers.
  • Twenty specific actions required to punish the perpetrators of its criminal conduct โ€“ and prevent those likely in the offing, and even worse.

Most Americans are unaware of these facts. So, there is insufficient public support for those in political life and other leadership positions who do recognize the danger โ€“ and are committed to countering the CCP and defeating it.

We need a serious, multifaceted and sustained campaign to inform and mobilize the American people, and motivate their elected representatives to action. The model should be Ronald Reaganโ€™s successful pursuit and execution in 1980 of a mandate to take down his timeโ€™s existential threat to freedom: the USSR.

Such an initiative must:

  1. Illuminate the true nature โ€“ and illegitimacy โ€“ of the Chinese Communist Party as a Transnational Criminal Organization (TCO);
  2. Document the CCPโ€™s war crimes against this nation and myriad other, horrific crimes against humanity;
  3. Prosecute โ€“ at a minimum, in the court of public opinion โ€“ the Chinese Communists for such criminal conduct and the toll it has taken here and elsewhere.

The Indictment can โ€“ and must โ€“ serve as a rallying cry and organizing theme for those across America committed to preserving our country and Constitution in the face of the Chinese Communists and their friendsโ€™ determined efforts to destroy both.
