Bad Bunny’s Legal Troubles Coming

5Mind. The Meme Platform

The NFL and NBC half-time show for their “Big Game” Sunday featuring Bad Bunny seems to have opened a Pandora ’s Box of issues for everyone involved with the show. What was panned by the NFL as good, wholesome family entertainment was apparently anything but. I use the word “apparently” as many Americans (this writer included) did not watch the show broadcast live in Spanish, but have seen clips featuring men and women and men with men in sexual positions dry humping one another during the show.

“This platform is used to unite people and to be able to bring people together with their creativity … I think Bad Bunny understands that and I think he’ll have a great performance.” – NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell

Lawsuits are allegedly being filed for the Bad Bunny show for violating Federal Communications Commission (FCC) rules for abusive language and sexually explicit dancing during his halftime show. People are being encouraged to contact FCC Director Brendan Carr with their complaints. Besides Bad Bunny himself, both NBC and the NFL may be impacted with fines imposed, suspensions, and the possibility that Bad Bunny will be prohibited from performing in the U.S.

And for those globalists and liberals trying to paint this as racism by the Trump Administration out to get the sexually provocative Puerto Rican Bad Bunny, here is a portion of one of his songs translated into English by Glen Beck.

“You WEREN’T wrong. Bad Bunny’s halftime show was a STATEMENT from the NFL” – Glen Beck

“Yes, so that your panties get wet

Get horny and versatile
More slutty than Betty Boop
The one who got horny, mammy, was you
I stay killing with the you
Pussy with d*ck, d*ck with *ss (Push it in)
Pu-pussy with d*ck, d*ck with *ss, yes (Push it in)
Pussy with d*ck, d*ck with *ss (Push it in)
Your t*ts rubbing my n*pples (Push it in)
This year I don’t want sl*ts (Push it in)
They see you with a lot of jewels and they want to stay (Push it in)
They see you really active and they want to stay (Push it in)
Because you look hot, because you look hot (Push it in me completely)
Really big t*ts like Lourdes Chacón
Really big *ss like Iris Chacón
I don’t know why I haven’t seen the p*ssy
But let’s go to bed to f*ck you in panties”

This explains why NBC did not subtitle his performance so all of America could understand it.

CONCLUSION:

As the TV sales pitch man says, “But wait, there’s more!”

There are two stories circulating the Internet we are pretty sure are not true but, if they are leaked stories from executive offices and State Attorney Generals offices, then maybe they are.

There are unconfirmed early reports at least eighteen State Attorney Generals are to file lawsuits against Bad Bunny and the NFL alleging the Super Bowl halftime show crossed the line with explicit content inappropriate for a family audience.

Another story is that a number of ad sponsors to the Big Bunny halftime show are going to sue the NFL for defamation of character and deceitful business practices.

We are pretty sure both of these stories are spoofs. NFL contracts are written so ironclad that there is probably little wiggle room for advertisers to come back on the organization for not living up to and abiding by their contracts. While it would be possible for State Attorney Generals to sue Bad Bunny and the NFL over the content of the halftime show, this is more within the realm of the Federal Government and the FCC.

Most Americans of all races and all nationalities agree some corrective action is due. Critics of the performance described both the lyrics and choreography as vulgar. They note that viewers were given no clear warnings about profanity, grinding, or sexually suggestive behavior prior to the halftime show. The show was lacking in traditional American values.

Finally, it would be inaccurate to say the NFL does not have any standards at all. The NFL did reject two of the fastest-growing companies in the sports industry to advertise during “Big Game” 60. The two very popular prediction market platforms Kalshi and Polymarket were barred from running ads between the New England Patriots and Seattle Seahawks game on Sunday.

Unlike sportsbooks like DraftKings and FanDuel, which have partnerships with the NFL, prediction markets like Kalshi and Polymarket do not.  Because of their information gleaned from advertiser’s decisions before they become public, critics say these markets raise the potential for insider trading. At present there is no Federal law in place to regulate prediction-markets like these to prohibit them.
