“What we have done in America over the past 50 years since Roe is we have created an economy that doesn’t work for families. You go back 50 years, you could support a family on one income … and be very comfortable, have a lot of children and be very comfortable. The problem with [Democrats’] argument is essentially [they] are saying, ‘You have to let us kill our children because we can’t afford them.’”
