“Are U.S. intelligence agencies behind the new anti-Zionist/Christian Nationalist movement?”

It is no mystery that the United States of America is a predominantly Christian nation. But does this mean that the American government is an inherently Christian government? Well, despite the fact that the first amendment begins by clearly stating “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion” a growing number of individuals on the right side of the aisle would argue that it either does, or that it should.

For those who have been following American politics for at least the last twenty years or so, this is not necessarily a surprise. This is to say that the Christian religion is and has been a foundational part of the Conservative rights’ political strategy for quite some time, and they have not been particularly shy about this fact. But what people may not be aware of is that there is now a new offshoot of this group, and this more modern sect of the religious right is not only growing rapidly, especially among young people, but it also happens to be moving ever onward away from our founding documents and instead towards authoritarianism, and arguably even worse, antisemitism.

Now it is worth mentioning here at the outset that in recent years the political right en masse has been, broadly speaking, unfairly categorized by the left side of the aisle as being anti-American, bigoted, and in some cases, Nazis. So it is very easy to discard criticisms of the right as just political theatre and/or partisan hackery. Ok, fair enough. But be that as it may, this does not necessarily mean that the right is not seeing a rise of these ideologies within its ranks either.

X, formerly known as Twitter, has been a buzz recently over the recent removal of internet personality Moran Ariel from the Turning Point USA brand ambassador program. The reason for this removal, according to text messages released by the aforementioned influencer, was that her recent rhetoric was moving “further and further out of sync with the organization.”

Now to the casual onlookers, myself included, this occurrence came as a bit of a surprise. In other words, what did this sweet, self-avowed “Lioness for Jesus Christ” say that was so out of line? Well, the answer is that Morgan had been posting things like “The Zionist Jews controlling our planet are all pedophiles who have no regard for the sanctity of human life and purity. Read the Talmud and it will make more sense.” and “Stop Zionism and free America. Someone at @TPUSA got the call.”

In lay terms, Morgan got removed because she is clearly an antisemite, a term that should not be thrown around lightly, and these views are not compatible with the organization she was a part of. Simple enough, right?

Unfortunately, it was not that simple and instead of her simply moving on with her life, the influencer was immediately exalted to the status of free speech martyr by her fellow “new right” compatriots. This is to say that within hours of her removal from the Turning Point USA ambassador program her page was flooded with support from her over 30k followers, most of whom applauded her for speaking out against the “Jew controlled” organization. On top of this, though, Morgan also received a lot of support from some of the more well known people in the “new right” media sphere as well; people like Anna Perez, for instance, who has over 33k followers, and people like Stew Peters, who has over 520k.

Of course, these are obviously anecdotal examples, but nonetheless they are representative of a growing pattern that many analysts and commentators alike have noticed. Put another way, in 2024 it appears that the more one goes down the right-wing social media rabbit hole, the more likely they are to notice two things. First, they will likely notice an immense amount of support for Christian nationalism, again, especially among young people; and second, they will likely notice a fairly mainstream disdain for Jews.

Now the reason this current status quo is so important to recognize/call out is because, put plainly, this evolution of the religious right is not only fundamentally changing that side of the aisle for the worse, at least as far as those focused on individual liberty are concerned, but even worse this evolution does not, according to my analyses, seem natural. I.e., how does a group (the Conservative right) that has historically been in support of the Constitution, at least in theory, become a group so hell bent on disregarding it in favor of religious authoritarianism? Furthermore, how does a group who has historically been very close with the Jewish community, at least in terms of their moral framework and/or worldview, become a group of people who think that the Jews control the world and are actively seeking to thwart the United States?

Though there is no concrete evidence of this theory, yet that is, it is nonetheless quite reasonable to suspect that this new cohort of right wingers is actually an accidental, or maybe even intentional byproduct of the U.S. intelligence entities recent attempts to combat right wing extremism.

To explain, in an article I wrote last year for Wrong Speak Publishing I discussed how this newfound interest in aliens/UFOs among the American populace may actually be the result of a far more complex psychological operation. The theory behind this hypothesis was simple.

First, the U.S. intelligence agencies have been exposed many times for intentionally deceiving the public when it comes to aliens/UFOs.

Second, by pretending the U.S. is in contact with advance extraterrestrial entities, and/or that we have access to their technology, the U.S. intelligence agencies would be, essentially, signaling to the rest of the world that we are far more capable of destroying them in a conflict, than they are of destroying us, thus bolstering our national security/image of strength.

Now the reason this article is relevant to this “new right” conundrum is that it shows how the U.S. intelligence agencies, to include the FBI, can and will intentionally influence the public via deception. Ergo, who is to say they drew the line at aliens.

You see, if there has been one flaw in the lefts’ (again, broadly speaking) strategy of painting everyone they disagree with as racist Nazis, it has been there that the demand far exceeds the supply. In other words, every time the American populace is told to be afraid of Nazis and/or white supremacists, more often than not they look around and say, “What are you talking about? You mean that one guy in a crowd of ten thousand wearing a shirt denying the holocaust?”

But imagine if instead of one guy in a crowd of ten thousand, it was three thousand, or even five thousand in a crowd of ten thousand? Would that not show the mainstream public that the right side of the aisle is, in fact, a dangerous threat to our republic?

This may sound outrageous, and even downright conspiratorial, but the reality is that in the past, at least in the Western world that is, operations like this have been conducted.

A very potent example of this can be found by looking at America’s Northernmost neighbor, Canada. You see, in the late 1980’s/early-1990’s the Canadian Security Intelligence Service (CSIS) decided that it wanted to curb the rise of neo-Nazis it was noticing; and as a result they ended up supporting the Heritage Front group, whom, among other things was one of the largest neo-Nazi groups in Canada at the time, with the purpose being to “draw in” all of Canada’s neo-Nazis to one place.

Well, what started out as a good idea actually backfired tremendously. This is to say that by funding/supporting the neo-Nazi group, the CSIS actually ended up making the Canadian neo-Nazi movement far larger, and far more powerful. In other words, in their attempt to eradicate Nazis, the CSIS actually created them.

Now the situation here in the modern day U.S. is quite a bit different from 1980s Canada, but nonetheless, if you think that our own intelligence operators were not watching this Heritage Front fiasco and taking notes, well, suffice it to say that you are probably underestimating them. Ergo, even though Canada is not America, it is not unlikely that they would use similar strategies to accomplish their own objectives here in our neck of the woods, especially considering the fact that they have in the past!

Anyway, the overall point is not that the “new right” is being tricked into becoming extremist neo-Nazis, though that would not necessarily shock me, but rather that the institutional left, and the FBI in particular, is starting to get it’s wish. This is to say that whether you want to accept it or not there is, in fact, a stable and growing group of right wingers who want to abandon our Constitution in favor of the Bible, and who also have a deep seated hatred of Jews and Judaism; two beliefs that I think we can all agree are, at the very least, fringe.

Of course, whether the rise of this “new right” is an organic creation spurred on by blind opposition to the lefts’ increasingly fringe ideologies, or a far more sinister manifestation of the U.S. intelligence apparatus’ plan to create extremists, well, that is up to you. Whatever the answer, though, for the right wingers, like me, who do recognize the validity of our founding documents/principles, and also the obvious problems associated with embracing Nazi/Nazi-adjacent ideologies/principles, now is the time to speak up, do a little housekeeping, and stop allowing the more extreme, and I would argue more anti-American factions of our side to represent us.
